For tourists who don't speak languages, check-in can be a problem. I had the code for the box with the key, but the issue was the outer door, where the code didn't work. Luckily another tourist entered the premises and opened it for us. The complex feels old, but inside the rooms everything was really in order. The accommodation matches its price. The planes were a curious detail that livened up the stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Diana's apartment, which is located in a quiet, well-kept complex with a clean pool. The development itself is a bit dated, but neither that nor the occasional noise from the planes bothered us. The apartment is equipped just as described and shown in the photos, and the location is a very good base for trips to the coast, hiking routes or city visits. We didn't regret renting a car. Communication with Diana was quick and hassle-free. We spent 31 days between January and February in this lovely apartment. In all that time, the occasional rain and somewhat cooler temperatures didn't stop us from taking trips to nearby places and areas with better weather. We'll gladly return.

We stayed at Diana's for a week and we loved it. You get beautiful sea views, the surroundings are pleasant and quiet, and there's plenty of parking for guests. From the house you have access to several supermarkets and local markets, and you quickly reach the motorway, which makes it easy to get around the whole island. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower gets nice and hot. Highly recommended! 🙂

We would have appreciated an in-person check-in, just for the more "social" side, although everything still went wonderfully. Given the location, having a rental car is essential. Diana was a great and very communicative host. The apartment was very nice and matched the photos. The air conditioning worked well, the pool was clean and amazing, and the place felt very private despite the many people in the complex. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning (the fridge, the towel rail and the inside of some kitchen cabinets were dirty), but considering everything that's good and such an affordable price, it more than deserves 5 stars! I enjoyed every day there.

We had a great time with the kids. On the grounds there's also a small playground and a great pool. The views from the balcony are wonderful and every evening we could watch the sun set on the Atlantic horizon. The apartment was very clean and more spacious than we expected just from the photos. Parking was very convenient, right next to the entrance, and it was free. There's a large supermarket (HiperDino) with free parking less than a 10-minute drive away, practically on the way to everything, which is very handy. And if you go down to the sea you'll find a lovely black sand beach with a small tapas restaurant.

We spent 4 days at this accommodation to visit the northern part of the island. It's a lovely location, peaceful, with no buildings in front and facing the sea. That said, a car is essential to get around the area, which has very steep roads (it feels like you're on the streets of San Francisco). Important to remember that the pool is not heated… only 17 degrees, so choose the season carefully if you want to swim.

We had a great week! It's a very quiet area, ideal for getting around with a rental car to explore the island and being able to park close by when you return. The weather in the north is colder and rainier, but in 20-30 minutes you can reach nature parks or incredible beaches. This place is a dream if what you need is to rest and enjoy the views. We spent a few very peaceful days. Everything was exactly as described: the bed linen clean, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom clean with a great shower. The self check-in was very easy with two codes, one for the main entrance and another for the box next to the apartment door where the keys were to get in. We had breakfast several times on the huge terrace and it was lovely to enjoy the sky, the trees and the planes. We recommend renting a car, because the streets in the area are very steep. Although the complex had a bus stop, we wanted to tour the island and get off the more touristy routes, so for us a car was essential. It was an ideal location with easy parking. The space and the views were everything we wanted. We cooked ourselves and the kitchen covered all our needs. The bathroom and shower were great. The only two small drawbacks were that the TV had hardly any alternatives to Spanish (and unfortunately we don't speak Spanish) and that there's some noise from the planes using the north Tenerife airport. The complex also has a beautiful pool and sun terrace, but with the large private terrace the apartment has its own space. All in all, we spent two great and unforgettable weeks.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen; it doesn't need a television because you could lose the days gazing at the sky and the sea from the living room. Walk down to the beach and the pool at Mesa del Mar (about 3 km, all downhill) and come back by bus: the stop is right in front of the apartments. At the top of the hill you'll find a good local supermarket, a delicatessen and two cafés right next to each other (go to the café with the orange seats for churros… you may have to queue at weekends, that's how good they are).

The apartment was very well equipped, with a large fridge-freezer, at least 3 coffee makers, an iron and ironing board; everything you could need for a stay of a week or more. There's a very large terrace with four sun loungers and also a table and chairs. When we were there it was warm enough to have breakfast outside, warm during the day, but the evenings were cool.

My boyfriend and I stayed 6 nights in the apartment and it was perfect for our holiday. We fell in love with the views! For that alone we already recommend it. Everything else worked great for us too: a great kitchen with lots of fridge space, a great bathroom with plenty of hot water for both of us to shower (with a large rain-effect shower) and a comfortable bed with those beautiful views to wake up to. The area was very quiet; maybe it was the low season, but it was really nice. We came with a rental car and would recommend future guests do the same, because the area is hard to get around on foot, since there are no pavements and it's a bit far to walk to the nearest town (Tacoronte). It was easy to find parking next to the apartment.

The apartment is in a clean and well-maintained complex. The setting is rural and quiet. Lots of greenery, everything bathed in green: welcome to the jungle side of Tenerife! The large terrace and the views are unbeatable. Wonderful sunsets to enjoy! Very fast internet/wifi, ideal for remote work. There's a farmers' market nearby that's open at weekends, and a good couple of cafés along the main street. The natural pools of Mesa del Mar and Bajamar are also worth a visit. You'll most likely need a car to feel more comfortable. No problem parking on the street. Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna are 30 minutes away if you want more buzz. Diana is an excellent host and takes very good care of you throughout the stay. She's attentive, kind and knows a lot! Check-in was great, everything explained in a personal way. Diana is an excellent host who gives quick and detailed answers. We arrived late because our flight was delayed, but she waited until we got there, around 1 in the morning. She took into account that we had a small daughter and prepared a cot for her to sleep in if we wanted. Diana suggested and helped us rent a car, which we used a lot, just as she told us we would, because otherwise it's hard to get around the island. When we unfortunately got sick, she helped us with information to get medical assistance. We are very happy with our stay. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The only drawbacks are that the large terrace has few hours of sun and that the pool water is very cold in December (like any pool that can't be heated, I suppose). But, overall, the accommodation fit our needs very well.
