We loved the accommodation. It's an apartment with one bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed, with an open kitchen and all the necessary appliances. Everything was very clean and tidy. I would only recommend leaving 2 sets of keys to make it easier for different guests to get in. Other than that, everything was great. Best regards

The apartment was neat and tidy, with a fully kitted out kitchen which made making meals and eating in at the residence very pleasant. There are many local cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as public transport services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Santa Cruz.

Conveniently located apartment – the centre is 5-10 minutes away on foot. Excellently equipped with crockery, appliances and everything you need. Quiet area, no noisy bars nearby. The photos fully match reality. The only problem is parking a rental car, it's very difficult. Finding a free spot is a major problem. The underground car parks are very expensive. But this is a problem everywhere on the island of Tenerife. I recommend this place to stay!

The apartment is very nicely and modernly furnished. Everything is provided and it's very clean. The lovely central location does, however, make parking a bit difficult, so you have to fall back on the surrounding car parks.

We stayed in January 2025 and had a good stay at Diana's. There was major construction happening on the street during the time we stayed there, which we would have appreciated being informed of. Though the construction was only taking place during the day, it was too loud to work and relax. I understand the construction is completely out of control of the host, but we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. Aside from the construction, the rental was great! It is a recently renovated unit with nice furnishings and a welcoming feel. The host also allowed us an early check in, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you again for a nice stay Diana, we hope to return next year 🙂

Apartment in very good condition (fully refurbished), quiet and very clean, in a neighbourhood close to the centre (5-6 minutes on foot). Very good quality equipment (in fact, brand new) and very high-performing WiFi. There are many small shops and restaurants nearby, at very affordable prices. Many thanks to Diana (and to Oscar), who answered all my questions and were a real support throughout my stay. Very good value for money, I recommend it.
