Finca La Casita in natural surroundings

Main house has 2 bedrooms: a room with double bed and another with two bunk beds suitable for children up to approximately 13 years old, a fully renovated bathroom, living room with fireplace and a comfortable kitchen with everything you need. Ideal for 4 guests (two adults + 2 children).

Recently parquet has been placed all over the floor of the house. Part of the furniture has also been painted and renewed.
Apart from and independent of the house, we have another double room with a full bathroom and completely renovated for another 2 additional guests (adults).

It also has a barbecue terrace ideal for making meals with full kitchen and dishwasher. Billiards table and electronic Diana game for Darts is also available for use and enjoyment of guests.

It also has an outdoor terrace with comfortable armchairs and hammocks to rest, enjoy reading or just contemplate the landscape.

It has a swimming pool (not heated) with sun loungers and parasol. It also has a small “panoramic solarium” from where you can contemplate the beautiful landscape while sunbathing.

It is a house that gathers all the comforts for a good rest and enjoyment of nature.

The Finca has approximately 1800 square meters and has two totally independent houses that only share a common entrance and parking. The houses are located at an approximate distance of 60 m2.

Natural environment with views of the valley of Goimar and also the sea. Fruit trees and flowers. Ideal for hiking.

For arrivals after 22:00 hours, a surcharge of EUR 20 will be charged upon arrival.

Restaurant just below the farm with very good gastronomy and suitable for families with children.

Supermarket just 3 km (five minutes by car) and several nearby places to enjoy a delicious typical comida.

The village of Guimar is an 11-minute drive from the house and there you can find all the necessary services: pharmacies, banks, service stations, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and tourist information office.
