This wonderful and comfortable apartment has a spacious and comfortable room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace overlooking Mount Teide, where you can sit peacefully while enjoying the sunsets. The apartment is fully prepared for you to enjoy a wonderful stay, with TV, WIFI, kitchenware, and all the necessary appliances. It is located in a building with a great swimming pool where you will find a wooden kiosk in the center where you can enjoy cocktails and a wide variety of meals. It is located in the area of Costa del Silencio in the south of Tenerife, less than 20 minutes from the airport in the south of the island.
Other highlights
If you have a car, once in Costa del Silencio you can choose several ways to go to the different areas of the island, both in the south to know the different beaches or places of interest, or if you want to go to Santa Cruz or north, since the house is just 15 minutes from the TF-1 motorway
For those who do not, about 600 meters away there is a bus stop to connect either with the station or with different areas.

We really liked it: the cleanliness and the tidiness. The balcony is great, the place is very quiet, and it's well connected to everywhere we wanted to go. Diana was very kind. I recommend it and we'd love to come back.

A great experience. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious and clean. The area is convenient for reaching all the points of interest, and the residential pool is excellent. The only downside: at check-in we had some trouble with the key; we contacted the host but unfortunately got no reply about it. Overall, a very positive experience.

Once you're at the property, you notice at the latest that Diana Superhost is only the intermediary or the manager. That's fine, but it should also be communicated openly to the customer in the listing. As I rent out holiday homes in Florida myself, I find Diana's way of handling things not entirely correct.

A quiet spot, with the cove of Playa Amarilla just a 5-minute walk away.
Ideal location
Our house is located in Costa del Silencio in the municipality of Arona in the south of Tenerife, in the Balcón del Mar building from which you can access an ideal path for a quiet walk by the sea and where you will find a few meters away a natural pool to take a bath.
The area is easily accessible and free parking is available nearby. You will also find all services very close to the accommodation: supermarkets, cafes, pubs, pharmacies, banks, traditional markets, restaurants, among others.
