Bright and welcoming, fully exterior holiday home. Ideal for a vacation, for remote working, or simply to unwind. As you walk in, you will find a pleasant, tastefully decorated living-dining room and a terrace with sea views. Free internet available.

Please note that our home is located on the first floor 'with no lift'. It has a bedroom with a 150/200 cm double bed and storage space for clothes. The bedroom also has a small balcony and can be fully darkened. The full bathroom comes with a bathtub. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with everything you need. The living room has a comfortable armchair and a smart TV. It offers an unlimited 600 Mb fibre-optic internet connection. It also has a lovely terrace with sea views, an ideal spot to eat, read or simply relax. Everything is provided with bed linen and towels. The complex has a swimming pool, sun loungers and landscaped gardens, all immaculately kept and in a quiet setting.

Before your arrival, you will be asked for information from your identity document for registration with the authorities. This requirement is mandatory, and if you do not provide it, the access codes will not be sent to you.

Our apartment is in Las Caletillas (Candelaria), just a few steps from the beach and the seafront promenade, with supermarkets, restaurants and all services nearby. Easy access from the TF-1 motorway and well connected for discovering the rest of the island.
