Space
Upon entering you will find a living room with sofa, TV and window overlooking the street. It has two spacious rooms with wardrobes to store travel clothes. The secondary room has two single beds and the main one a double bed. It has a large bathroom.
Everything is delivered with bed and bath linen as well as various utensils for other dependencies. The maximum capacity of the house is 4 people.
The kitchen is elongated and has a small table. It comes equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils.
About the area, the Puertito de Güímar in general is a very quiet place with a holiday atmosphere. Likewise, on foot you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy nearby.
Our location has easy and quick access to the North and South Freeway.

The accommodation was very clean, check-in and check-out were straightforward, and there was plenty of parking nearby. The location, right next to the Malpaís de Güímar, is lovely and great for short hikes. For us, it lacked a bit of cosiness, as the apartment was decorated somewhat impersonally and the lights in the living area were very harsh. We would have appreciated a small lamp by the sofa to sit and relax in the evenings without having the bright ceiling light on. Otherwise, the furnishings matched the photos and everything was in very good condition. Communication and information were handled through automated messages and a website. We had a pleasant stay and can recommend the accommodation.

Good location. Easy to park. Clean. Quiet. Very comfortable bed in the large bedroom. One downside: there's no meeting with the host or key box; at first you open the lock from your phone, and despite the instructions we had a few difficulties.
