The apartment has a large separate room with two single beds (together) and large bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. Large living room with double sofa bed and toilet.
Kitchen with everything you need and the best a large terrace with fantastic views towards El Teide and swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers to sunbathe and a table to enjoy the good weather. Ideal for couples, families and / or friends. Located on the second floor with elevator but clarify that to access the apartment you will have to climb 10 small steps.
The apartment has high-speed wireless internet (fiber optics), washing machine, kitchen with oven and microwave, cable TV, hairdryer, safe, terrace and swimming pool.

Appartement moderne , comfortable et tr’s well équipé. Magnifique terrasse. Well situé pour circuler sur la céte Nord Bonne communication.

We had a very pleasant stay without any problem. Diana welcomed us with all the security measures taking into account the current situation and was very aware of us both before arriving and once there. The apartment is as seen in the photos. It is very comfortable and quiet and has everything you need for a holiday stay without having to worry about anything. What we liked the most was being able to have breakfast watching the Teide on clear days. Parking is also very comfortable and with many spaces available, at least the time we spent there. I think it is a perfect apartment to spend a few days as a couple and with many facilities, since it is in an area with many services such as restaurants and a supermarket right next door. We highly recommend it and will opt for this apartment for another occasion without hesitation.

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed med sk’n sydvest vendt terrasse med masser af sol. Diana meget hjolpsom og er flink til at kontakte lejer med oplysninger og foresp.rgsler om alt er vel. Kan varmt anbefales.
