The accommodation matched the listing's photos and description perfectly. Everything was very clean, well kept and quiet. Following the host's instructions, getting there was easy and communication was always clear and friendly. The location is very central, ideal for getting around the area. The only thing to keep in mind is that access was a little complicated due to roadworks on the street, something entirely unrelated to the property. Also, parking in the area is quite difficult, but near the accommodation there was the Parque Bulevar shopping centre with parking for 10 € for 24 hours, which was a good solution. Overall, a very pleasant and recommendable stay.

We had a great stay at this shared apartment. The interior is very fresh and modern, and everything was spotless clean. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The shared kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and it was a nice touch to have tea and coffee available as well. Easy check-in, comfortable, clean room from which you can reach everything in Santa Cruz on foot. Plenty of shopping options, restaurants, cafés and bars nearby. Various bus and tram stops are also within walking distance for getting around the island by public transport. Great contact with Diana for any questions! Thank you very much for the really good stay!
