A great experience. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious and clean. The area is convenient for reaching all the points of interest, and the residential pool is excellent. The only downside: at check-in we had trouble with the key; we contacted the host but unfortunately got no reply about it. Overall, a very positive experience.

At the latest when you arrive at the property you realize that DIANA Superhost is actually just an intermediary or manager. That's fine, but it should be communicated openly to the customer already in the listing. As I rent out holiday homes in Florida myself, I don't find Diana's way of doing things to be right.

A nice, well-equipped little apartment in a very quiet neighborhood, and the quiet was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of a bus stop. The complex also has a very pleasant pool. The address wasn't entirely correct: the house number is 3 and not 5, which caused some confusion for a while. We enjoyed a wonderful week.

The apartment matched the description and the photos, and it was fine for a short holiday. They left us a very kind welcome gift. As negatives, only the ants, the difficulty parking at night, and the fact that the apartment faces an ugly street. However, the real problem is the area, which we didn't know: ugly, run-down, with nothing to do, with abandoned and even squatted buildings that gave a feeling of insecurity.

The accommodation is located in a calm and quiet area, but thanks to the highway it's easily connected to all the main destinations (about 10-20 minutes). It's a comfortable apartment for two people, but with no sea or pool views: the views face the street. The pool is accessible and you'll find friendly people at the bar. An iron, ironing board, oil, cutlery, plates and glasses are what you'll find in the apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment is "infested" with insects and cockroaches in the kitchen and on the floor. The problem is obvious, since there's insecticide in the house. Going out, coming back and finding insects in quantity was not pleasant at all. We had few towels for our 7-day stay, but after mentioning it they provided them. Cheap, but think carefully about the comforts you want during your stay.

A fairly cozy, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with a nice balcony and a private pool in the courtyard. The location is also practical, just 15 minutes by car from the South airport (TFS). Just keep in mind that Costa del Silencio is peace and quiet: you can't make noise after 11:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors 🙂

Clean apartment, although with no ocean or pool views, so the balcony is always in the shade, which isn't always pleasant depending on the time of year. It should also be noted that the hot water tank is just enough for 2 people. Nevertheless, a magnificent location in a neighborhood (too quiet for us) for strolling along the edge of the cliff or simply hiking, all of it close (15 minutes by car) to the seaside resort of Los Cristianos.

Well, let's see. The apartment is on the first floor, facing north. No sea views. That should be mentioned. The equipment, good. The bed is very comfortable. Maybe a real duvet could be offered; sometimes a sheet and a fleece blanket aren't enough. The pool was great. For me, personally, too cold, but… I get cold very easily. There's no German television. For me, fine; for others it might be a downside. The bus connection is very good. For shopping, too. Still, it's above all a residential area. That's no problem. It really is Costa del Silencio! Wonderful. Anyone who likes hiking can do it right on the doorstep or drive 20 minutes to the Roque del Conde, for example. Very nice! So, for anyone who likes peace and quiet and doesn't need sea views, this apartment is just what they're looking for! ALOHA and thank you, Diana!!!!
