The accommodation was very clean, check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and there was plenty of parking nearby. The location, right next to the Malpaís de Güímar, is lovely and very well suited for short walks. For us, it lacked a bit of warmth, as the apartment's decoration felt somewhat impersonal and the living room lights were very intense. We would have liked to have a small lamp by the sofa so we could sit there quietly in the evening without having the harsh ceiling light on. Other than that, the furnishings matched the photos and everything was in very good condition. Communication and information were handled through automated messages and a website. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the accommodation.

An extremely comfortable home, with appliances that made life easier. Comfortable beds and an equally comfortable sofa. Very nice decoration and, honestly, we felt very much at ease. Just one little gripe for the sake of mentioning something: there was no full-length mirror, and since I was traveling to attend an event, I would have liked to be able to see my whole outfit.

Diana's apartment is in excellent condition. The flat is in a quiet part of the town, just a few minutes from some great beaches and the bus stop. The bedroom was comfortable. The WiFi connection was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. I definitely recommend visiting this place.

The place is in a small village that has a beach where you can swim, and it's quite close to the northern part of Tenerife. They did us the favor of letting us into the apartment early. They even left us some welcome bananas.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is spotless and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the drinks and the cookies! The only drawback for us was the noise of the extractor fan at night, but we're sensitive to noise and with earplugs it was perfect. We couldn't manage to open the rooftop terrace, although we didn't ask the host about it either. And with the wind that was blowing, we didn't really miss it, haha. There's plenty of room to park around the area. Delighted!

An excellent experience overall, starting with the self check-in via a link and with Diana's quick responses. I really liked the QR code with information about the supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The home is new, clean and perfectly organized: from the brightness to the amount of accessories available to make the stay comfortable. It's a quiet area, in a neighborhood where the building the apartment was in stands out because it has probably been renovated recently, two minutes from the main road, with several essential shops nearby and a lovely walk along the ocean behind the house.

It was also a plus that there was an elevator and a step-free access ramp. Overall, the whole building is in great, renovated condition. In addition, you can use a small terrace on the rooftop. A nice, clean and well-equipped apartment in the center of Puertito de Güímar. We enjoyed morning swims in the sea along with the village locals, and one of the nature parks is literally around the corner, with a beautiful walk and spectacular views. The bus stop is right at the end of the street, but we recommend renting a car because the buses take quite a while. Communication with the host was good, especially before arrival. Later on it was harder to reach them or the replies weren't very detailed, but we got by fine with Google. It's a quiet village; we were there off-season, so I imagine it has a bit more buzz in summer. In short, we recommend it if you have a car and also fancy some peace and quiet away from the super touristy areas.
