The terrace furniture could be of slightly better quality and from time to time there's a sewer smell (although this problem exists all over Puerto de la Cruz). There's a supermarket and restaurants right next door, though it's a bit of a walk to the centre (a taxi is 5-6 euros). We would book again!

These days in Tenerife and at Diana's place have been fantastic. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, with no noise, easy to park, with a pool and a lovely, rarely crowded sunbathing area. In the same building there's a supermarket and shops around. Having breakfast and lunch while taking in the impressive views, both by day and by night from the terrace, brought a lot of richness and peace to our holiday. The apartment looks just like the photos, even better, since the kitchen has been opened up to the living room and there's a second bathroom. Very clean and with everything you need to enjoy it. It has spacious rooms and is decorated with care. Diana is a warm, available host who makes you feel at home with little touches like a delicious sponge cake and a bottle of cold water on arrival at the apartment.

We were delighted to stay at Diana's place. The terrace and the views were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was ideal. As we had a car, it was super convenient to be able to park for free on the street, but we could also walk in a few minutes to cafés, restaurants and the supermarket. The café on the corner is great if you manage to get a free table! Diana was very careful about health and cleanliness (during COVID), which also reassured us.

It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace is large and sunny, with comfortable furniture. Many German TV channels. Dear Janina, First of all, we wanted to thank you for staying in our apartment. Bearing in mind that Tenerife is a mountainous island, to get back from the town centre avoiding the slopes we always recommend options like the bus or a taxi (less than 5 euros) to the Botanical Garden area. About the ants, we're very sorry, but you should have told us earlier (not the day before you left). In any case, you should know that this is the first time it has happened, so we think they may have come in from the terrace (perhaps one of the plants has a nest). We do a thorough cleaning every time a guest arrives and we didn't find any ants. We've removed the natural palm from the terrace, just in case. The views of the Teide are great if it's not cloudy. It's a very comfortable apartment located at the entrance to Puerto de la Cruz. It's also very quiet compared to the centre. By the way, you should consider taking taxis when you go out: Puerto is very steep and you'll probably find it hard to walk back to the apartment at night. But there are also excellent restaurants nearby, which are listed in the little guide that Diana has left in the apartment. We were very happy with the apartment and with the whole setting. I can only recommend it.

The apartment is in a great location and well equipped. Wonderful large balcony with plenty of sun and fabulous views of the Teide, in a quiet area. It's about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Puerto, although the way back is uphill. In any case, there's a supermarket in the same complex, as well as many great places to eat very nearby. Taxis are available and the bus is also very convenient. We had a car and there was parking in front of the complex. A great apartment, definitely an ideal location for us.

We had a great time here! The apartment is lovely, clean and really very well equipped. The views of the Teide from the large, sunny balcony are truly incredible. We had no trouble at all finding free parking right in front of the building. There's also a good supermarket inside the building. It's about a 20-minute walk from the centre or the beach, and if on the way back you go up the stairs instead of the steep road, it's quite manageable. The only small drawback for us was that the two beds are not full length, maybe 1.90 m, something that wasn't mentioned in the description and that can be uncomfortable for tall people.

We were very happy with the apartment 🙂 It's spacious and stocked with everything you could need. The balcony is huge and offers lovely views of the Teide. The location next to the Botanical Garden is quiet at night, which was perfect for us. It turns out there's a supermarket in the same complex, so you don't have to worry about lugging the water home 😉 During our stay the temperatures sometimes reached around 34 °C, so we were glad to find a fan in the apartment. The "bedroom" in particular tends to cool down a bit more slowly than the living room, because it has no extra windows to let in some breeze. Contact with Diana was simply perfect, she's a great host! We definitely recommend this accommodation!

We stayed two weeks while visiting the sights. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a pleasant terrace and good views, plus very fast and stable wifi. It's located next to the Botanical Garden, in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the town, which means getting in and out by car or bus is quick, since it's close to the motorway and has bus stops and taxis nearby. There are also supermarkets, several restaurants and cafés nearby, even in the same building. Finding free parking across the street was no problem. Walking down to the centre takes only about 15 minutes, but, unless you prefer the somewhat demanding climb back home, I'd recommend taking a taxi on the way back, which usually costs less than 5 euros (but remember to bring cash, as some drivers don't accept card).

We spent 6 and a half weeks in this sunny apartment in La Paz and felt wonderful. Diana took great care of us; she even picked up a letter that arrived from Germany for us. The apartment is spacious, with a separate area where the bedroom is. The furniture is functional, if a bit sparse, but everything you need for living and cooking is there. The terrace is spectacular. It's large and equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From 9:30 onwards we had sun, continuously until sunset. And all with views of the Teide. The internet worked perfectly and without limits. Impossible to improve. On the TV we had all the usual German channels. The apartment is in the La Cúpula complex, where there's a very well-stocked supermarket. Plus, an inexpensive gym that I used often for exercise and pilates. The location is very good, in the La Paz neighbourhood, in Puerto de la Cruz. There are plenty of restaurants, many of them German, and shops nearby. All in all, it was a wonderful time in this apartment and, if we can, we'll come back.

Very lovely apartment, equipped with everything you need for a stay. A dreamy balcony with magnificent views of the La Orotava valley and the Teide. Two sun loungers with cushions, a table and four chairs complete the furniture. We were a little surprised by a sign in the large bathroom indicating that the toilet paper should be thrown only in the bin and not in the toilet. We couldn't get used to that. Luckily, the apartment has a second separate toilet that, apparently, wasn't subject to that restriction. During our stay the backrest of the last chair on the balcony broke; a quick message to Diana and the next day we had four new chairs on the balcony. Overall, Diana's care was wonderful. She replied quickly to every query; she really works hard to make guests' stay pleasant. For that I want to congratulate her and thank her. The small flaws of the accommodation pale in comparison to this. We've spent two wonderful weeks here; now we'll spend a week somewhere else with some friends and then we'll come back again for almost four weeks. We're already looking forward to it.
