This wonderful and comfortable apartment has a spacious and comfortable room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace overlooking Mount Teide, where you can sit peacefully while enjoying the sunsets. The apartment is fully prepared for you to enjoy a wonderful stay, with TV, WIFI, kitchenware, and all the necessary appliances. It is located in a building with a great swimming pool where you will find a wooden kiosk in the center where you can enjoy cocktails and a wide variety of meals. It is located in the area of Costa del Silencio in the south of Tenerife, less than 20 minutes from the airport in the south of the island.
Other highlights
If you have a car, once in Costa del Silencio you can choose several ways to go to the different areas of the island, both in the south to know the different beaches or places of interest, or if you want to go to Santa Cruz or north, since the house is just 15 minutes from the TF-1 motorway
For those who do not, about 600 meters away there is a bus stop to connect either with the station or with different areas.

Great central apartment, good communication, fast wifi, very modern interior with minimalist style. Loved it. Just take some earplugs, streetnoise can be high and the windows are not very soundsproof as the building itself is a bit older.

Great accommodation in a super central location in Santa Cruz de Tenerife!! The apartment is just as seen in the photos! Simple furnished but with everything you need. 2 adults a child and a baby were accommodated, and with the sofa bed in the living room the space was perfect. The bathroom is very spacious and the kitchen with everything you need. Diana gave us all the facilities for arrival. Definitely highly recommended!

Ideal location
Our house is located in Costa del Silencio in the municipality of Arona in the south of Tenerife, in the Balcón del Mar building from which you can access an ideal path for a quiet walk by the sea and where you will find a few meters away a natural pool to take a bath.
The area is easily accessible and free parking is available nearby. You will also find all services very close to the accommodation: supermarkets, cafes, pubs, pharmacies, banks, traditional markets, restaurants, among others.
