The apartment is located half an hour from the center of Santa Cruz and less than 30 minutes from the Teide National Park. Very easy access and communications by car. Ideal for couples, families with children, friends.
The apartment is brand new and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a fully renovated bathroom, living room with a sofa bed for two people. It also has a comfortable kitchen complete with everything you need. Maximum capacity 4 guests.
Services and common areas
The Finca has approximately 1000 square meters and has two independent apartments that share a common entrance, parking and rest area and barbecue.
In a natural environment overlooking the northern part of the island, highlighting the Puerto de la Cruz and incredible views of the Teide and the sea. It has an outdoor terrace with comfortable armchairs and hammocks to rest, enjoy reading or just contemplate the landscape. It also has an outdoor barbecue area very close to the terrace (shared area).
The house has fruit trees and flowers as well as various rest areas. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking. In addition a few kilometers there are several places with very good gastronomy (Guachinches) ideal to enjoy a delicious typical Canarian food.Supermarket just 3 km (five minutes by car), and a renovated playground with lake and play area. Minutes from the house you can find all the necessary services: pharmacies, banks, service stations, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and tourist information office.
It is a house that gathers all the comforts for a good rest and enjoyment of nature.
Apart and independent, we have another apartment that can communicate with each other, fully equipped with a maximum capacity of 3 guests. This apartment features a swimming pool for exclusive and heated use. You can view the description, photos and book here

Very complete apartment, it has everything, it is not next to the beach but you also do not need it, in Tenerife you are close to all the beaches, the perfect pool. Recommended for a good holiday

Very nice and small apartment, near the center of Santa Cruz. I had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful, advised us things to see and told us about good restaurants
