It is a traditional Canarian house built in the partially renovated twentieth century that retains all its charm. It has all the comforts and equipment of high quality to enjoy a magnificent stay. It stands out for its rustic and elegant style with wooden floors, high ceilings and long windows that let light through inside.
Upon entering you will see a beautiful wooden staircase that will take you to the main area of the house. It has a spacious well-decorated living room very bright with comfortable armchairs. TV with cable TV and next to it a spacious office with a comfortable work desk with unlimited and high-speed internet connection.
It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes where you can store your travel clothes. A living room that preserves the dishes and antique furniture that will make you feel like in the last century.
The kitchen has been renovated and has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and all appliances. It has a small table with 4 chairs and a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has also been renovated and has a comfortable shower and screen. Very bright.
As for the outdoor areas, it has a pleasant interior patio ideal for reading area, relaxation and sharing as well as a nice roof terrace from where you can contemplate beautiful roofs and beautiful views on sunny days.
Please note that the property is for guests’ use only. Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. We have at your disposal a nearby car park where you can leave your vehicle. No additional cost.
La Laguna centro is an ideal area for walking. From the main bus station (called guaguas in the Canary Islands) you can move around the island. You can also take the tram that connects La Laguna with Santa Cruz, the capital of the island on a pleasant route of approximately 40 minutes.
If you prefer you can also rent a car to tour the island more in depth and without having time limitations. If you have a car, we will put at your disposal a car park in the vicinity of the house for use during your stay. No additional cost.

Ideal location
Our house is located in the nerve center of the city of La Laguna. A few steps from the Cathedral rebuilt in the early twentieth century and in the middle of the commercial area. Pedestrian and commercial area, historical complex, leisure area, squares and paques and the University of La Laguna.

Communication with Diana was also perfect.
In the apartment, you have everything you need, groceries are literally 1 minute from the apartment and lots of great restaurants just a short walk away.
And of course, the city is just adorable 🙂 We were so glad we decided to stay there.

Beautiful Canarian house in perfect location in La Laguna. Close enough for all the bars, restaurants and culture, but a quieter street. On Tuesdays and Fridays you can walk the road to the Sabandeños museum and see the legendary Canarian musicians practicing life live. A great stay.

It’s the second time we’ve stayed at this fantastic place. A perfect location for exploring the island, especially the Anaga Mountains and of course La Laguna.
