The apartment is located half an hour from the center of Santa Cruz and less than 30 minutes from the Teide National Park. Very easy access and communications by car. Ideal for couples, families with children, friends.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small single bed type nest (ideal for 2 children), a fully renovated bathroom with shower and videt. It has a desk, comfortable and spacious wardrobes. All integrated in one environment
The kitchen and dining room are located right in front of the pool creating a very nice and relaxing space. The pool is covered and heated so you can enjoy it all year round. It has large windows that can be opened or closed at your convenience. Also comfortable sun loungers to relax in or out of the stay.
It is a house that gathers all the comforts for a good rest and enjoyment of nature.
Services and common areas
The Finca has approximately 1000 square meters and has two totally independent apartments that only share a common entrance, parking, rest area and barbecue. The common outdoor area has comfortable armchairs and hammocks to rest, enjoy reading or just contemplate the landscape. Very close to the terrace is the outdoor barbecue facilities.
All surrounded by a natural environment overlooking the north of the island, highlighting the Puerto de la Cruz and incredible views of the Teide and the sea.
The house has fruit trees and flowers, barbecue facilities, as well as rest areas. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking
In addition a few kilometers there are several typical places (called Guachinches) with very good gastronomy and suitable for families with children to enjoy a delicious typical Canarian food. Supermarket just 3 km (five minutes by car), and a renovated playground with lake and play area very close by. Minutes from the house you can find all the necessary services: pharmacies, banks, service stations, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and tourist information office.
Apart and independent of the house, we have another apartment fully equipped with its independent entrance but with the possibility of communicating with each other, with a room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen for another 4 additional guests. Very complete apartment, it has everything, it is not next to the beach but you also do not need it, in Tenerife you are close to all the beaches, the perfect pool. Recommended for a good holiday

Very nice and small apartment, near the center of Santa Cruz. I had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful, advised us things to see and told us about good restaurants

We’ve had a great week! It is a very quiet area, ideal to be able to move with rental car to get to know the island and be able to park close when you return.
